Lilly Pöhlmann (1990) works in various constellations as a choreographer, dancer and dance facilitator.
She grew up in Quito, Ecuador and moved to Berlin in 2008, where she still lives and works.
She studied dance at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds, England (2012-15)
and choreography at the Hochschulübergreifendes Zentrum Tanz Berlin (2019-22).
In her last choreographic works RAU, nocturnal and KREISEN created during her studies,
she explored everyday choreographies and the virtuosity of simple gestures and movements.
She is fascinated by residues, the night and that which defies clear definitions.
In recent years, she has worked with children, teenagers
and older adults for a variety of teaching formats and projects.
